'PROfect Your Finishing' is our next release in our 'PROfect Your Game' Series. During your 9 weeks of training, you will master the 4 aspects of finishing around the rim: the fundamentals, weak hand finishing, finesse finishing, and finishing of the trees. After completing PYF, you will have the confidence and court savvy to finish tough lay-ups in the game.

You will first receive the 'How-To' Video. The 'How-To' Video demonstrates how to get the most out of every single workout. You will also get the 'PROfect Your Finishing' Handbook that contains all the information for the program. In addition, you will get 5 SnapShot Videos that will demonstrate every single drill and move.
